-Working Principle

The Powder Hopper Magnetic Separator operates by utilizing the strong magnetic field generated by high-intensity magnetic rods to attract and hold ferrous contaminants.

During operation, material containing iron impurities enters through the top inlet and flows evenly into the magnetic field zone formed by the arranged magnetic rods. As ferrous contaminants such as iron filings, iron powder, and rust particles pass through the magnetic field, they are attracted to the rod surfaces.
Clean, impurity-free material then flows through the gaps between the rods and exits through the bottom outlet, continuing to the next processing stage.

High Gradient Magnetic Separator

The core component of the high gradient magnetic separator is the magnetic roller installed at the tail end. As the material passes over the conveyor belt to the tail end of the equipment, the magnetic roller uses a strong magnetic field to attract ferromagnetic impurities in the material. Utilizing the machine’s inertia and the magnetic roller’s attraction force, the ferromagnetic impurities are separated from the material, thus achieving the sorting effect.
