Yes, magnetic separation equipment has a service life like other products. Our equipment is manufactured using high-standard raw materials, ensuring a service life exceeding 5 years under normal operating conditions. We utilize premium neodymium iron boron rare earth materials, which exhibit an annual magnetic decay rate below 3% in ambient temperatures and non-corrosive environments. The 304/316L stainless steel housing provides excellent corrosion resistance, enabling long-term operation in humid or weakly alkaline conditions.

Permanent magnet iron removal equipment requires manual cleaning. Self-discharging or electromagnetic types can automatically remove iron via pneumatic methods, eliminating manual cleaning. For high-impurity conditions, daily cleaning is recommended. Under normal conditions, clean weekly and periodically inspect the equipment for external damage. If the magnetic field strength decreases by more than 30% of the original magnet bar’s strength, replace the magnet promptly.

  1. Avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures exceeding 80°C to prevent magnetic field decay.
  2. Prevent collisions and severe impacts during transportation and operation.
  3. For food and pharmaceutical applications, clean and disinfect equipment prior to use to meet industry hygiene standards.

For standard products (magnetic rods, magnetic gratings, etc.), the minimum order quantity is 50 pieces. For magnetic separation equipment, the minimum order quantity is 1 unit, with a delivery time of 10-15 business days. For customized products, the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces, with a delivery time of 15-20 business days. Payment is accepted via wire transfer (30% deposit, 70% balance paid before shipment).

We partner with international couriers like DHL and FedEx, as well as ocean freight forwarders. Small batches can be shipped via courier to save time, while bulk orders benefit from cost-effective ocean shipping. Delivery is available to designated ports or addresses.

We provide standard or customized samples. Sample fees are charged based on product pricing and can be offset against subsequent formal orders. Sample shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
